Do they force you to take a standard "intermediate" or whatever you originally reserved, or are you allowed to pick from their PC?
I've never done it but I asked once and was told I would be assigned another vehicle in the class I was driving (e.g. if you booked midsize but grabbed a convertible they'll assign you another convertible).
