You booked non refundable tickets, which is always a risk. You got a good price for them and were happy about it.
Your travel dates are still far away and if the situation persists or worsens there will be a rebooking waiver even for after 30 April 2020. LH group has at present a quite far reaching waiver policy https://www.swiss.com/th/en/various/breaking-news and I think you just wait till end March to see how to proceed.
