As my english isn't very good, I assume I've got a little confused.
In the benning of the text she said that the Gold service is activated after the first rental.
At the end she says "When the mandatory verification have been completed, the Hertz Gold member will be confirmed to utilize all benefits of the Gold President Circle membership"
