Where is this obvious? It's not written into the T&Cs of the $250 resort credit (which is in the wiki) and the T&Cs in the wiki match the T&Cs on the as of today, current,
Amex website. That is generally true of Amex Offers, but it's not in the T&Cs as it applies to this credit and to my knowledge there's been no widespread clawbacks to date.
