Does the Health Certificate need to be from a Doctor? Is that what you did?

The health declaration forms were checked by a doctor(!) and a nurse checked the temperature. We were told repeatedly that we would be sent back with the next flight if the conditions were not met.

I am at the resort right now and all water villas to the east are closed for renovations, which means that no villas with view of Mt Otemanu are available (even if the booking site claims so). Besides, the Upa Lounge is temporaily closed. There is no sign of work going on at the Two Bedroom Horizon Pool Villas mentioned before and no pools yet so be seen at these villas.

We asked about the current occupancy level when we checked in and go a very specific answer: 38 percent.
