So my parents screwed up the new Nexus face scan setup.
They are in their 60s. They attempted the facial recognition scan setup when returning from Mexico, and somehow, my mother's face got registered into both her own and my dad's Nexus card profiles.
The officers at the airport said my dad could get it fixed by re-scanning his face the next time he enters the country.
Anyone else been through this? Is this the correct approach to get the face scan fixed, or should they try something else?
