While a bit out of the way, I do prefer the EWR connection given that you can hop on a 787-10 domestically. The worst is an intl flight into the US followed by a domestic connection on a 737.
I thought the same thing..but it was significantly more expensive + a lot more travel time. Same with IAD.
Thinking I'll go with IAH on this one.
