Cap One simply paid for the branding rights. The lounge is being opened by TAV America which operates two premium lounges at JFK and is looking to expand. It is unfortunately located in an inconvenient place post-Security. Will still need to AeroTrain or moon bus out to a concourse and walk to a gate.
