Is the "Free Day in February" offer* I just got targeted, or did everyone get it?
Of course it really isn't a "free" day. With a minimum 2-day rental required, it's 50% off a 2-day, 33% off a 3-day, 25% off a 4-day, etc.
*Must make a reservation by the 2/29.
