As a titanium, upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. Exec lounge had a great spread of food in the evening. Very good gym and pool. Breakfast buffet excellent.
Staff were very professional.
Wouldn't hesitate to stay again
Just completed a 7 night stay and can echo the comments above, except for the lounge evening offerings which were just okay for a five star asian hotel. Platinum upgraded to junior suite, which is one of the best junior suites out there. Stayed here a few times since it opened, last time being a few years ago and can say the hotel is seemingly in the same excellent condition. Two daily chocolate pineapple cakes given by housekeeping are phenomenal ($3/pop at the bakery downstairs) and the house welcome amenity gift is a nice gift box with a dozen of them, much better than the 1k points.
