The site generally works - the problems seem restricted to looking at my account (at least for me) and booking (from what I've seen posted).
Late yesterday I was getting a "down for maintenance" message for a bit, but that went away with no change in responsiveness.
It's been working better for me since I cleared Hyatt cookies earlier today. I'm mainly using Chrome. Slow, but usable.
