Bonus # 1: American was serving Fresno in 1996.....but not with the B757-200 (the AA DFW-FAT nonstop service at the time was being operated with MD-80 equipment). In fact, there was no 757 service into Fresno at this time so we are looking for another aircraft type operated by another airline.
Bonus # 2: Nope, the engine proposed for the Fokker F.28 Fellowship would have been manufactured by another company.
