If you're only open to flying out of EWR, then most award options will route your through LHR on BA as AA doesn't offer any TATL service from EWR. If you can fly out of JFK, then AA offers a JFK-CDG nonstop which is easy to find economy award space on, especially in the shoulder and/or off seasons. Sticking to only AA metal will reduce your taxes/fees to $85
