I went ahead and called AAdvantage about a route that was showing 2 biz class saver level seats directly on BA and nothing on aa.com. When calling they see the same 2 seats as available.
This seems like a really peculiar problem with economy seats seemingly showing up fine but biz class is not. It's encouraging they do see the availability via phone but I foresee a fight to waive phone booking fees since they'll surely claim that BA flights can be booked via aa.com
In that case, screen shots would be useful.
