Explorer Card Problem -- I am upset!
Here is my issue-
While on a United flight I was handed one of their credit card 'flyers' by a flight attendant. It offered the standard 65,000 point bonus...with an additional 2,500 points if I used the promo code referenced in the flyer.
I applied and inputted the promotion code. I was approved. A couple weeks later I followed up with Chase Customer service. They had no knowledge of the additional 2,500 point bonus. They transferred me to Mileage plus.... who transferred me to Chase Applications.
No one seems to have any idea what I am talking about. Now I feel lost.
Where should I be directing my attention? Thank you.
