is status reflected immediately? I got swept last week (50K), but when I phoned the agents they said they only see my old status 25K, and I could only eup flights that are in the next 4 days not the 10 days as per 50K benefits. He said it only applies starting in March .. what? My dashboard is updated, I received all my new Eups in my account etc... What seems to be the confusion here? I have a flight tomorrow and am about to check in, I wonder if my old status will be on my boarding pass or my new status.
