Does Chase allow you to PC to discontinued-to-new-applicant cards (that are still open to those got them before the discontinuation), "forever"? Many banks discontinue the ability to PC to a discontinued-to-new-applicants card shortly after it's discontinued to new applicants (but not necessarily at exactly the same time).
For example, can someone really still PC to the old $85 AF Marriott card when the new $95 AF Marriott card is all people can apply for (at that level of card)?
