Interesting that property seems to have Hyatt HK employees helping in the interim or they hired foreign FD staff due to labor shortages.
The FD also had only non-Japanese staff when we were there at the beginning of Dec. They spoke no Japanese at all, which would seem to indicate that they had not been working in Japan before PH Kyoto, but they were very professional and very obviously had previously worked at a high-end hotel.
