Yes and no, theres a Tri-Rail station on the other side of the 95, where you can park free for 24 hours, no gate no tkt. If staying more then 1 night simply on night 2 park in a different spot just in case they actually do check and run the plate, as long as you arent more then 24Hrs in any one spot your OK. By the hotel there is no street where you can park. Id say the station is a 5-10 min walk
