When is status supposed to be downgraded?
I should have lost my Spire on 31 Dec 2017. I bought Amb in 2017 which supposedly extended Spire to the end of 2018. I didn't renew Amb nor did I pay for more than 10 IHG nights in the past few years. My account does not show any expiry date.
Supposedly it should have expired on 31 December 2018. But I guess IHG either is suffering from IT problem that you can not be downgraded, or IHG is intentionally let you stay as Spire for a number of years before they do something about it.
