Perhaps they can dedicate these aircraft to the parries and north. That keeps them away from any airport near US air space.
ISTR someone mentioning some A/C type of the Jazz fleet being set out west. Even based out of YVR they would have no reason to head below the 49th.
That they are still serving F'town would seem to contradict this.
