I completed my renewal through the
Enrollment on Arrival option. After landing at T7 at JFK and clearing immigration, I asked the CBP officer who took my Global Entry receipt where to go. He directed me to the customs area, where a second officer promptly got a third officer. That officer opened up an immigration booth and conducted my interview. He took a new headshot and new fingerprints and confirmed my home address using my driver license. Then he approved my renewal and said a new Global Entry card would be mailed to me. Easy.
