Stay here few times last year.
Staff turnover seems on the high side as the people I know from previous stays are gone and replaced with the new faces.
No upgrade even though all room/suite category was shown as available.
Club lounge offering is as good as before, unfortunately the staff service level was not as good as before.
The staff busy chatting about their daily life and pay less attention to the guests.
Usually I stay at their Spa Terrace room which is quite acceptable although it start showing its age. Their standard room is quite dated. Definitely needs some refurbishment.
Quite disappointing stay and maybe I will try different hotel next time.
