I am very skeptical about this. Anything you have, United has. Corporations don't lose the terms and conditions of their promotions.
I mean, you don't have to post anything here you don't want to, but if there were, in fact, a smoking gun, holding it back would be of no benefit at all. Indeed, since the only thing that would really be a game changer would be a document that establishes UA can't do this, you would want to bring it to United's attention ASAP if you had it.
