Wrong AAdvantage number on partner award?
Redeemed an award, but the partner PNR (Sabre) shows 2 different AAdvantage numbers, mine and one that does not belong to me. AA reps say that the additional AAdvantage number appears to have nothing to do with me or my household or anyone that has traveled with me, but (for good reason) will not give me what info is associated with that AAdvantage number. AA is also telling me they do not see the additional AAdvantage number on the PNR. However, looking at the PNR on QR, AY, and RJ websites, the additional AAdvantage number is showing either as primary or as additional. Anyone have this happen before or know what it could be?
NOTE: I tried over-writing the frequent flyer number on some of these other airline sites that allow you to do so, for example switching it to my BA. The result is that my real number gets switched to the new number, but the "extra" number is still attached as a secondary number.
