Just completed NRT-IAD return in Polaris and I think the icing on the cake in terms of meal quality was the "sauce" for the "salmon" served in a small foil "ramekin" - you know, the kind that's used for NYC deli take-out orders? Said sauce also did little to make up for the dryness of the fish.
Polaris meals are abysmal.
