I wasn't sure what triggered the packages to be sent. Last year it was around the time I bothered to select my privileges so figured that had some bearing. But apparently not.
Back when you could select lounge passes, they couldn't send out the package until you selected. Now it makes no difference.
SE would logically get theirs first, because there's no higher status. An E75K sitting at 98k AQM and 20k AQD might have to wait, since a missing mileage request could bump them to SE.
