Not taken as I was up in the bubble and had deliberately chosen CW for that reason and this was also an overnight flight.
It certainly seems to be the majority position that people view a J-to-F upgrade as less worthwhile on an overnight flight. I am far more inclined to do the upgrade on an overnight flight; the F seats are much more comfortable for sleeping than the J seats.
