-You usually are not able get to the lounge! The lounge is airside in the domestic/Schengen part of the terminal, if you fly from certain international gates in D/E you have no access. Strange but true.

-No.

-Usually, but it does not always work.

-No, I haven't seen any.
-About the lounges, the Concorde Lounge is the nicest and open to FC pax.
