Likewise, but have used all 3 rows of centre seats many times over the years, and they are all perfectly ok re galley noise. The front "bar" is never a noise consideration as I have never ever seen anyone socialising there.
I do agree that there is significant hardware between centre seats, but conversation is definitely possible with the privacy screen down.
