Unacceptable, definitely report to customer service.
Unfortunately service employees are told to use their judgement to assess if you have had too much to drink. This means some simply don't care while others might think one drink is too much.
This is true for FA's as well, as some want you to have "one drink, two max for a flight" while others keep it coming as long as they have stock.
