And some people claim fraud, etc on the churners. Well when a company disclaims any moral responsibility, it also loses its ability to pin others on moral grounds. At least AA is smarter than those people on this regard, and doesn't try moral arguments.
Still as "to the full extent allowed by law" indicates, those T&C are not above law, and there can be situations where those T&C are overruled by law and regulations.
