I love Fever Tree, but I find the taste works best with cheap gins as it overpowers the gin itself.
But with better gins with nicer, more delicate botanicals, I prefer Schweppes or something blander as it shows off the gin better.
Is this wrong?
I'll check with my friend who owns a gin company. She also suggests that some of her range works well with ginger ale....
