Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked a standard bay view room, upgraded to an executive premium bay view room.
How are the rooms?
The room was very spacious and modern enough, but probably because the room is at the angle of the building and had quite some furniture, we didn’t have much room for our luggage without blocking the entrance. The view was gorgeous.
How is the exec. lounge?
No access as an Ambassador.
What was good and what was bad?
Good:
- Not really that much inconvenient transportation-wise compared to ANA IC thanks to the shuttle buses.
- The bay view was amazing.
- The staff was fantastic and very helpful in arranging dinner reservations and packages.
Bad:
- Only received two small boxes of chocolates and a happy anniversary card. Have had a full plate of fruits and champagne at IC HK and Monterey as non-ambassador.
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
At $150/night, great value for the money.
