Karl Strauss in DTLA does a "Piggy Bank" Mac & Cheese - large elbow noodles, gorgonzola, gruyere, cheddar, and a crispy parmesan breadcrumb topping with beer-brined bacon, Black Forest ham, and Andouille sausage. It is superb! They also do half portions for those with a more delicate constitution
