All businesses have customers who spent less this year than last. It's good management practice to ask them why. Doesn't mean that a business is worried about revenue. Do you have any data/evidence to support your assertion that revenue is declining? That's what I thought.
In fact, Marriott's revenue is growing. Here's the actual information, taken from publicly filed financial documents:
Total revenues in first nine months of 2018 were $15.469 billion and went up slightly in 2019 to $15.601 billion. Same with REVPAR.
