This is exactly the MR I did at the end of October. SEA-DAL-SEA on an E75 for $170 round-trip (Saver fare). Should net you exactly 3340 EQM. I was going to be about 3200 EQM short of MVP after all my scheduled flights for the year, so I figured what-the-heck since it only cost $170 and less than 12 hours on a Saturday (departed SEA at 7am, about a 2.5-hour layover in DAL, and touched down back at SEA at about 6pm).
