The best map of FRA is available via Lufthansa app. Here is a screenshot of the exit from the elevator in B (marked with a red circle on the left). Passport control opposite Duty Free & Travel Value shop has e-pass gates which you should be able to use with your Norwegian passport, and staffed gates for Schengen and non-Schengen passport holders. There are more checkpoints further on (which may not be always open) but there is usually no queue there especially if you can use e-pass gates.
