I am merely wondering why you would invest the time in a formal complaint over a mass-market, factory-produced breakfast, probably made hours before you even boarded the aircraft, that has a price point of maybe GBP 5. And, I'm sorry if this sounds harsh, but it doesn't matter one bit to EK or any other airline who pays for the ticket or how meaningful that sum of money is to them.
