5C-JFK-BEY, Pan Am / Ransome, deHavilland Canada Dash 7
uncertain if LCA was a stop but that is my answer
well, this is a very good start!
5A: LCA
incorrect, ATH
partially correct (it was the technical stop), ME
incorrect, CRV
incorrect
5B: JFK correct, TW incorrect, 747 partially correct (still need the second type)
5C: PA correct, DH7 incorrect

I think most of these “unpublished stops” were indeed for refueling purposes, as they were generally where there were no negotiated traffic (
i.e., fifth freedom) rights

Other possibility I thought of was 5A ME BEY-ECN-IST (now ISL), then 5B TK but not sure/doubt if TK was a long-haul flyer then that it is today.
VERY interesting possibilities here
