Anyone know why Staples and Office Depot fail to credit about 1/3 of the time, credit two weeks late about 1/3 of the time, and credit almost immediately about 1/3 of the time?
I use them often and dont have such problems. I suggest you open a support ticket to have any credit failures investigated.
