Depends on the type of Prestige seat.
If it is the Prestige suite seat, then u dont really have a neighbor as the window seats are kind of staggered and very private.
I would take the Prestige suite seat over F seat.
But if the seat is the old Prestige seat with 2-2-2 seating, then F will be more worth it.
The old seats dont have much privacy.
