Apparently with 12 week notice, Delta will arrange to have a flight attendant on board, someone who is fluent in ASL (American Sign Language).
Someone else mentioned that BA may do something similar.

Is 12 weeks enough time for a FA to learn ASL? How many people purchase tickets that early?
