Barclays Aviator product change
Have had the Advantage Red Barclays card for 5 years including the previous version. Tried calling several time to product change to the no fee card. Keep getting the answer that I can not product change, it is not offered on my account. This seems strange to me that they would rather loose a customer than keep one. Does anyone have some insight on this topic?
