Since you mentioned offline that you restarted your phone, I did the same. No difference. Missing trip still missing. And app will not accept either the old PNR or the new one for that missing trip. That trip was also upgraded manually so I wonder if whatever they did affected the ability for it to appear in the app.
Yes, I'm sure all those here with better tech skills than me will claim all is well in the AC app universe.
All I know is immediately post-migraiton, app showed multiple trips with the new PNRs. And I know the missing trip is fine as it is clearly viewable in AC Manage Bookings.
