this happens to me all the time at this hotel. I submit a missing points request and the f&b points get corrected. The exchange rates always seem to be off though. I’ve submitted requests for that to be looked at as well, and they have always been adjusted. Pain that they can’t just get it right without having the take the extra steps. The front desk really struggled with getting my bill correct for my last stay. Free breakfast and virtuoso credit seemed to be too much for them to figure out. I had to ask for a corrected bill 3 times through chat.
