The flight was delayed due to Norra Pilot Union FAPA declared work-to-rule industrial action. Pilot allocated for this flight was sick. Nordic Regional Airlines (NORRA) has reserve pilot system, but reserve pilot could not be organized on time, due to this industrial action. Because this is considered an extraordinary circumstance, no compensation will be paid.
This should be a clear case of compensation due. Just out interest asking, does anyone have any information about the industrial action? Cant find anything about it.
