It was absolutely delicious. Not kidding. The sauce was sublime, the polenta perfect and the Brussels sprouts just beautiful. I love Brussels sprouts and these were really, really good but I do question the wisdom of serving them in an airplane meal for 2 reasons. 1) most people are not fans, and 2) it is an enclosed metal tube and they are, well, Brussels sprouts. It was easy to tell which meal the guy behind us had after an hour or two.
