Change in plans!
Just let two mileage J seats from HKG to AKL on Dec 1 go. Found two J HKG to MEL on Nov 28 so we are going to fly to Australia then buy a ticket from MEL to AKL to start our NZ adventure. Just wasn't comfortable spending three days in HKG over the weekend. We booked our tickets in February originally.
And yes, they charged me $125/seat. More time in NZ makes it worth it!
