I don't think that I have ever had a survey specifically about GGL before and I guess it's good that BA has created the survey.
I had to chuckle when answering the question about recognition, however... "when have you been recognised as a GGL, at time of booking, on arrival at the airport, on arrival at the lounge (all Never).... onboard (rarely) .... everything else (never)" .
Good that there were lots of opportunities to provide freetext answers as well
